PJSC LUKOIL Board of Directors approved LUKOIL Group Sustainability Report for 2024. The document reflects the Company's priorities in this sphere.

This year's report puts a premium on the processes of increasing efficiency of both management and production, introducing innovations, implementing special-purpose and investment programs that contribute to the Company's stability and competitive strength.

The report discloses information on the implementation of climate- and environment-related policies, development of human resources potential, as well as support of social projects in the regions where LUKOIL conducts its business.

The Report was prepared in line with the legislation of LUKOIL's countries of operation, as well as international and national non-financial reporting standards, including recommendations of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation and the Bank of Russia.

The report is illustrated with reproductions of the works of art created under the United in Oil project. This initiative was named the best cultural project at the Eventiada Awards in 2024.
